Half Boiled Eggs For Breakfast
If you’re in the rush and want something quick and simple and full of protein to start your day with, then this would be your breakfast – half boiled egg. it’s super easy however to get the egg in half cook is not easy. What I found out was to leave the egg outside room temperature before you start cooking it for at least few hours. i would normally just take 3 eggs (for myself) from the fridge and leave it out before i went to sleep.
- boiled a pot of water – you need to ensure that the water will cover those eggs completely.
- once the water is boiling hot, place 3 eggs inside with spoon slowly and close the fire after 10 seconds.
- let the eggs sit in the boiled water for 6 mins.
- cracks the egg into small bowl and sprinkle with some ground pepper and a teaspoon of soy sauce.
- mix and slurp it in!
