Japanese Style Baked Rice

Ingredients
1 egg for each bowl
1 garlic
cooked rice
shredded cheese
diced bacon

Instructions:
1. cook 2 scoop of rice for 4-6 serve
2. scoop cooked rice into small bowl each – dash with a bit of soy sauce

3. fried garlic till fragrant, pour into a small bowl along with the oil


4. scoop 1 teaspoon of fried garlic with oil and pour into rice
5. sprinkle diced bacon on top of rice, crack an egg to the side
6. fried some prawns and some crab ball and place fried prawns and crab ball into rice


7. top off with shredded cheese


8. place bowl in oven and let it bake for 10 mins.
